How it works

Step 1: Initial Meeting and Concept Development

  • Objective: The process begins with a meeting between you and the game development team to discuss your ideas and requirements for the custom game.
  • Activities:
    • You will provide the initial concept of the gameplay and the visual appearance you envision.
    • The development team will discuss what is technically feasible and provide initial feedback on your concept.

Step 2: Final Concept Presentation (Week 1)

  • Objective: To finalize the game concept based on the initial discussions.
  • Activities:
    • The game development team will present the final concept, including gameplay mechanics and visual design, for your approval.
    • You will need to provide any necessary assets such as images, audio files, and fonts that will be used in the game.

Cost and Timeline Considerations

  • The entire process typically takes a minimum of 6 weeks to complete. (Buffer included)
  • The base cost for developing a custom game is calculated at a 25-day rate, starting from a minimum of 20,000 EUR in total. Additional costs may apply if a shorter or longer timeline is needed, or if extra features are requested.
  • Important: Since we are regularly updating our OS (Operating System), we can offer you compatibility support for max. 6 months, after that we request a monthly payment for keeping your custom game updated or a one time payment to update it to the current system version.
