How to solve issues related to the Asset Flip Editor Interface
Overview
This article will cover ways to solve more general issues you may experience when using the Asset Flip Interface.
Issues
The Asset Flip Interface does not load.
If you're having issues getting the asset flip editor to load, with a state similar to the one shown in the following image, this section will cover some things to keep in mind and potential solution attemps.
First, make sure you are using a supported web-browser. The asset flip interface supports most desktop browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). Mobile versions of these browsers found on iOS and Android devices are generally not supported.
If you absolutely have to make a change on a mobile device, the mobile version of Firefox may be partially functional, however full support is not guaranteed.
Give the tool enough time to load. The editor has a file size of around 50 mb, so if you're loading it for the first time with a slow internet connection, or our servers are particularly busy, it may take a while to load.
Try clearing your browser cache. If this isn't your first time using the editor, there is a known issue where updates to the tool may sometimes prevent it from loading until the browser cache is cleared. Below you can find some links to guides on how to do this for some common browsers.
For this solution attempt you only need to clear the browser cache, which may be referred to as "Cached images and files", "Cached web content" or similar. Other files, such as browsing history, cookies and other data can be left unchanged!
