How to get Support?
View your system health or submit a support ticket
To get assistance from our Service Team, head over to the administration website of your system and log in with the credentials that you have received via email
- https://multiball-admin.net for MultiBall
- https://courtadmin.net for InteractiveSQUASH or InteractiveRACQUETBALL
- https://lymb-admin.net for LYMB One
Please use the Account beginning with admin_, e.g. admin_mb9999club
Open your system overview, find your system, and click on Open dashboard. This will open up your system section. Find the Health tab.
This will open your system health panel:
- This section gives an overview of common issues. Issues show a red badge. Click on the entry to show possible solutions.
- If you can not solve the issue by yourself, click on Support Ticket to reach out to our support team.
In the popup appearing, fill out the form with all the required details. That's it! Our highly qualified Service Team will get back to you by email, usually within 24 hours on German working days.

Please provide as much detail as possible. If possible, please attach
- a video or photo of the issue
- the exact time and timezone.
