How to get Support?
View your system health or submit a support ticket
To get assistance from our Service Team, head over to the administration website of your system and log in with the credentials that you have received via email
- https://multiball-admin.net for MultiBall
- https://courtadmin.net for InteractiveSQUASH or InteractiveRACQUETBALL
- https://lymb-admin.net for LYMB One
Please use the Admin Account in case you have multiple users.
On the left side, navigate to Support (1), select your system (2) or, in case you don't find it there, enter your Serial manually by clicking on Continue without system (3).

In case you selected a system, we will show you on the next page all problems our servers already detected. Please have a look at the problems and the recommended solutions, since that might already solve your problems.

Click on Continue to ticket form to continue. On the next page fill out the form with all the required details. Our highly qualified Service Team will get back to you by email, usually within 24 hours on German working days.

Please provide as much detail as possible. If possible, please attach
- a video or photo of the issue
- the exact time and timezone.
