On the left side, navigate to the Health page by clicking on the corresponding entry, you will get redirected to a new page.
On this new page, search for the right system entry. On the left, you will get an overview of common issues. If something is not as it should be, you might already see it here (1), issues are indicated by a red badge, and clicking on it shows possible solutions.
Otherwise, if everything seems fine, but you need assistance anyway, you can reach out by clicking on Support Ticket (2).
In the popup appearing, fill out the form with all the required details. That's it! Our highly qualified Service Team will get back to you by email, usually within 24 hours on German working days.
Please be as precise as you can, if possible, even attach a video or picture of the issue.
