To ensure that MultiBall and interactiveSQUASH receive the latest updates, we advise against turning off the systems completely, but simply shutting down the projector instead. Those updates are typically transferred during night-times, to prevent any interruption of the gameplay.
Please leave the system connected to the electric power grid and internet 24/7
In rare cases you may still want to turn off the system, like if you are moving to a new location. Here is how to do it.
Shutdown / Reboot
Navigate to either https://multiball-admin.net (for MultiBall systems) or https://courtadmin.net (for interactiveSQUASH and interactiveRACQUETBALL systems) and access the pickGame menu option. From there, proceed to the settings section.
Click on the option Reboot to reboot the System or Shutdown to shut the computer down.
Once the computer system has shut down (you will see it on the projected image), you can safely disconnect the system from the power source.
Turning on
To turn on the system again, simply connect it to the power grid again, the system will then boot automatically. Instead you can in theory also utilize the fuse to disconnect and reconnect the system to the grid, please talk to your electrician if that is the only option in your case.
