interactiveSQUASH - Sensor Calibration

To increase accuracy and after first installation

IMPORTANT: Having all the sensors cleaned and double checked, also the top sensors is very important. To be sure there is no obstacle blocking the sensors is always the first measure to be taken in advance! Do not calibrate the sensors if they have not been properly cleaned before. They need to be in an optimal condition before calibrating.

  1. Remove the covers of the tin.
    1. Remove all the visible screws (8x TX45) on all four panels.

  2. Make sure the sensors (the thin red bar) are properly cleaned up. Vacuum cleaning and wiping with a lint-free cloth is advisable here.

  3. Completely turn off all controllers, e.g. by disconnecting the main power cable (the one wrapped in a black protection coming from the wall) from the cable tree. This will not turn off the system, but just the sensors.

On older systems, it may look like this:

  4. All controllers are now offline. Move Pin 3 up on all controllers, starting on the leftmost controller to the right. Do not move other pins and make sure the wall is not touched.

  5. Wait 5 seconds and reconnect the main power cable to the cable tree to power up all controllers again.

  6. Move Pin 3 down on all controllers, starting on the left side to the right.
