MultiBall LED - Screen Reconfiguration

If you exchange the electronics of one of the panels, you have to reconfigure the new one with the configuration that is shipped with the batch (USB stick). Here is how to do that.

Connect Novastar and your Computer

Please follow this article here to connect your Novastar to your Computer first.

How to reconfigure

  • Click on Screen Configuration
  • In the modal that appears, make sure that
    • The USB connection is detected in the Communication Port settings.
    • Configure Screen is selected
  • Click Next.

  • Select the tab Receiving Card and click on the button Load from PC

  • Select the RCFGX file on the USB stick that was delivered with the LED wall. If there are multiple RCFGX files, use the one with 6000 in its filename.

  • Send the Configuration by clicking Send to Receiving Cards

  • Make sure All Receiving Cards is selected and click Send

  • Wait until the transmission is completed
