Our MultiBall (including LED) systems are designed for indoor installation. However, they can also be used outdoors if protected from rain and direct sunlight.
Rain covers (suitable only for light rain) can be purchased from LYMB.iO. If you are interested, please get in touch with our Sales team at sales@lymb.io. Please be aware that the machine should never be operated if it rains.
Direct sunlight on the front of the system not only interferes with the sensors but can also cause permanent damage to the LED panels. To avoid this, ensure the system faces north in the northern hemisphere and south in the southern hemisphere.
