Subscriptions & Coupons

Purchase, cancel and manage subscriptions for your systems

Operating your professional system (MultiBall, InteractiveSquash, or InteractiveRacquetball) requires a subscription to cover the ongoing costs for the technical infrastructure (our servers), service, the development of new games, improvement of existing ones, and maintenance of the system software.

We also offer a variety of extra features that require additional subscriptions.

Subscriptions need to be created and cancelled directly by the customer, not by LYMB.iO or its partners.

Activate your system license

  1. Open the Subscriptions tab of your system
    1. Find your system in the Systems overview
    2. Click on Dashboard
    3. Click on the Subscriptions tab
  2. This page shows all available subscriptions. The System subscription is required to access our full library of games and applications. Click Activate now.

    1. If you purchased a prepaid license, a coupon code is displayed. You can apply this coupon at any time. Copy it an click on Open checkout with coupon if you would like to apply it right away. If not, click on Continue without coupon.



      During the checkout process, apply the coupon by clicking Apply coupon.


    2. If you did not purchase a prepaid license, select the plan that best fits your needs.



After the payment is processed, your system is activated automatically. 

Cancel a subscription

  1. Open the Subscriptions tab of your system
    1. Find your system in the Systems overview
    2. Click on Dashboard
    3. Click on the Subscriptions tab
  2. Take note of the Payment Email. Use this email to log in with our payment provider. Click Open in payment portal, then follow the instructions to login.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription to cancel the subscription. You can continue using the subscription until the end of your current term.

Account subscriptions overview

You can find an overview of all the subscriptions you have purchased on your profile page.

  1. Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner and select Your Profile.

  2. Open the Subscriptions tab to find a list of all your subscriptions and related information.

  3. Click Manage to manage or cancel the subscription. This will open up a login modal at our payment provider. Use the email address displayed as Charged to log in.

Subscription Portal 

All our subscriptions are managed by an external provider. You can directly log in to their portal with the email address you used at checkout here: https://lymb-io.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login

For login, you will receive a one-time password to your email address.

 

Alternatively, you can also find the portal link in your Admin Dashboard.

  1. Go to Subscriptions in the navigation

  2. Then, at the bottom of the page, you will find the link to your portal
