We provide either a monthly or yearly subscription to our professional customers (MultiBall, InteractiveSquash, and InteractiveRacquetball) to cover the ongoing costs for the technical infrastructure (our servers), service, the development of new games, improvement of existing ones, and maintenance of the system software.
Subscriptions are managed directly by the customer, not our partners or LYMB.iO.
Login
Head over and log in to your administration page, depending on your product the look will vary. For simplicity, we show it here for MultiBall solely.
Navigate to the System Page
Alternative 1: Systems List
Open up the sidebar and select systems to view a list of all your owned systems.
From here select the system you want to purchase a subscription for and click Edit.
Alternative 2: Health Page
Alternatively, you can also find a link to the system page below your system on the Health page.
On the Subscriptions Page
On the top right you will find a panel showing your subscription status.
Press Buy now to open up a new modal displaying all your available options.
If you are eligible for a trial, this is where you can select it. If not, choose the plan that best fits your needs and click Continue.
Checkout
Once you select one of the options, a new window will appear leading you through the checkout process.
Just follow the instructions. You will be asked for e.g. your email and billing address. When reaching the payment options you can choose between different options, select an appropriate one, and continue.
Once you are done, your System is activated instantly
The System Subscription panel will now display your subscription status and the date of the next automatic renewal or cancellation. To edit or cancel your subscription, select Manage and log in using the email address you used to create the subscription, also displayed as Charged to. Subscription overview
You can find an overview over all the subscriptions you have purchased on your profile page. Open the drop down menu in the top right corner and select Your Profile.
Open the Subscriptions tab to find a list of all your subscriptions and related information.
