MultiBall - Cleaning the sensors

Keep the eyes of the system clean

MultiBall is using a highly reliable and precise optical system to detect the exact location of your ball on the wall. Every once in a while it makes sense to clean the sensors of that system, especially the lower ones where dust accumulates over time.

Here is how to do that!

Information

It is recommended to utilize a lint-free cloth, such as a microfiber cloth, for cleaning. Additionally, equip your vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to avoid scratching the sensors.

You will need a TX30 screwdriver to remove the screws from the covers.

In general, it is not advisable to use any liquid unless necessary, for example, in the case of a spill. If liquid cleaning is unavoidable, it is best to use as little as possible and only use purified water or isopropyl alcohol.

Remember to turn off the system before applying any liquid, and wait until everything is completely dry before turning it on again.
