How to register a new System?

Starting from September 2025, you will no longer receive credentials when purchasing a new system. That means, after the system has been delivered and installed, no owner is assigned yet. Please follow the instructions on this page to register yourself as the system’s owner.

Create an Account

First of all, if you do not have one yet, create an Administration account at https://multiball-admin.net/ and log in with the new account.

Start the Ownership Application

On the screen of your system (on the projected image), you will find an application called Register System Ownership. Please start this application by tapping it with your hand.

When the application starts, you will see the following screen. It shows a QR code and underneath a key.

You can decide on one of two options:

• Either, scan the QR code (which will then forward you to the admin page and fill in the key automatically
• Or, you go to https://multiball-admin.net/systems > Register new system and enter the key manually

System Connected

Once you clicked on Register system, the system will get notified automatically (make sure it is connected to the internet). It will therefore leave the Registration Application by itself and switch back to the menu.

Once back, you will see that the system now no longer complains about not being assigned to any owner, instead, it asks you to activate either the trial or the subscription. That's the last step after which the system will become fully usable.
