Warranty Coverage

5-Year Warranty on Parts: All parts of our products are covered by a comprehensive 5-year warranty. This ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing that if any part (excluding the projector) malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, we’ve got you covered.

2-Year Warranty on Projector: The projector package, if bought from us, comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a warranty case, you can send in the affected part at any time. Here’s how the process works:
- Get in touch with us: Please inform us about the parts that you will ship back to us as described here.

Send in the Part: Send in the defective parts, we will let you know the details (like the address) via the ticketing system.

Assessment: Once we receive the part, our team will assess it to determine if the issue falls under warranty.

Communication:
- If the part is covered under the warranty, we will proceed with the repair or exchange.
- If it is not covered, we will inform you before taking any further action. In such cases, we often offer to repair or exchange the part with a refurbished one, providing you with an affordable option to extend its life.
Rapid Replacement Solution
We understand that waiting for an exchange may not be feasible for everyone. Therefore, we offer a Rapid Replacement Solution:

Deposit Payment: If you cannot wait for the warranty exchange, you have the option to deposit the necessary amount in advance.

Immediate Shipment: Upon receiving your deposit, we will send the new part immediately.

Refund Process: After you send us the old part, we will assess it to confirm if it is a warranty case. If it is determined to be under warranty, we will issue a refund of your deposit once the assessment is complete.

Remote Confirmation of Warranty Cases
If our service workers at LYMB.iO can remotely diagnose and confirm that an issue is indeed a warranty case, we will directly exchange the part.

Direct Replacement: We will send you the new parts directly without requiring you to send the old ones first.

Return of Old Parts: In some cases you may need to send back the old part for analysis afterward. If you do not ship it back, you will be charged for the replacement part.
